Q: The screen keeps turning off
Wakeikoku is designed as an always-on desk clock. Go to Settings → Display & Brightness → Auto-Lock and set it to “Never.” We recommend using the app while charging.
Q: How do I hide constellation lines?
In the app’s settings, turn off “Constellation Lines” to see only the stars.
Q: The moon looks wrong?
Wakeikoku renders the moon with astronomically accurate phases. Compare it with the real moon tonight! Also make sure your device’s date and time are set correctly.
Q: I can’t access Tokyo or Seijaku scenes
Tokyo and Seijaku are premium scenes unlocked via in-app purchase. You can purchase them from the Settings screen.
Q: How do I restore my purchase?
Tap “Restore Purchases” in the Settings screen.
Q: How do I set a custom seal stamp?
In Settings, go to “Seal Stamp” → choose “Custom” and enter any single kanji character.
